		<description>How true this is!  Staying in the moment is so important in many area&#039;s of our lives.  I try to practice it in my trail running, Spinning, yoga and even when I am talking to a customer.  If we could be present in the routine moments of our lives on a regular basis, I really think our lives could be increasingly meaningful.</description>
